Item: Confederate .58 Cal. "Georgia Teat" Base Bullet
Condition: Excellent, excavated. This tall bullet has an overall waxy white patina and is a near perfect example. There is a visible mold seam and the skirt is nicely rounded. No repairs.
Recovered: Camp Mallory, Evansport, Prince William County, Va.
Approximate size: .578 x 1.12 inches, .573 grains (weight)

Comments: Georgia teat base bullets are not often recovered and this example will be an excellent addition to any excavated Civil War bullet or general relic collection.
