Canister Shot for 12 Pounder Gun

This iron canister shot for 12 pounder gun measures approximately 1.48 inches in diameter and was recovered by Dennis Irvin in the area of Brandy Station, VA. The iron is in very good condition with only minimal pitting. It has been professionally cleaned and treated with electrolysis to stabilize the iron.
