Engraver: Keatinge & Ball, Columbia, S.C.
Design:
 The front shows the portrait of Confederate States President Jefferson Davis. It is machine numbered in red ink and hand signed in black ink with a green overprint. The rear has an ornate design with the numerals "50" within medallions to either side.
Approximate size:
 3-1/8 x 7-3/8 inches.
Condition:
 Very good. The note is cut-out-canceled in the form of triangles at bottom. The upper left corner edge has minor wear. Creases and minor discoloration are present.

Comments: This Confederate fifty-dollar note will be an excellent addition to any Civil War note or general relic collection.
