Item: Confederate Infantry Coat Button - Lined I
Backmark: ". SUPERIOR QUALITY" dm with an inner continuous ring and an outer ring of dots.
Design: Lined Roman letter "I" on a plain field.
Construction: Convex, two-piece.
Approximate size: 23 mm.
Condition: Excellent, non-excavated, secure shank present. Dull brass patina with no pushes, cracks, breaks, or repairs.
