Design:
 The front shows Hope with anchor in the center with Secretary of State Robert M. T. Hunter to the lower left and Secretary of the Treasury Christopher G. Memminger to the right. The note is hand numbered in red and signed in black ink. The rear is blank.
Approximate size:
 2-7/8 x 7-3/16 inches.
Condition:
 Good. Borders nearly complete with the exception of upper right corner that shows wear. There is creasing with tiny pinholes. The paper is semi-soft and discolored.
