Design: The device shows a symmetrical eagle, with upraised wing and a "C" in the shield.
Construction: High convex, two-piece.
Approximate size: 14 mm.
Condition: Excellent, excavated, secure shank present. Pleasing brown-green patina. No pushes, cracks, breaks, or repairs.

Comments: Buttons are not often recovered with bachelor rings. This example, acquired directly from the digger, will be an excellent addition to any excavated Civil War button or general relic collection.
