Federal Cavalry Spur

This solid cast brass US cavalry spur is in very good condition and has a very pleasing even dusty-green patina. It was excavated in the area of Brandy Station VA. Its rowel is missing and has a very slight bend in one arm. It has no cracks, breaks, or repairs and measures approximately 3-1/2 x 4-3/4 inches. This US cavalry spur will be an excellent addition to any excavated Civil War cavalry or general relic collection.
