Construction: Convex, two-piece.
Approximate size: 14 mm.
Condition: Excellent, excavated, secure shank present. This face of this beautiful button has ample gilt on an underlying brown patina. There are no pushes, cracks, breaks, or repairs.
Recovered: Richmond, VA east of airport in the area of the Seven Days Battles.

Comments: This Louisiana cuff button will be an excellent addition to any excavated Civil War button or general relic collection.
