The North South Trader magazine was first published in 1973 and was aimed directly at the Civil War relic collecting community. Over the last six decades the publication has provided countless articles, images and information regarding Civil War artifacts to include both excavated and non-excavated items. Issues often included a pictorial section of recent relic recoveries, soldier identified items, relic hunting stories, updates on newly discovered information, calendar of events including Civil War relic shows and on and on. The general and historical information provided is not only useful but invaluable as well to its many subscribers. Cheers to the editor, publisher and staff for their amazing work.
