This excavated seated Liberty silver dime dated 1838 was recovered with other Civil War artifacts from the area of Amelia County, VA. There is a tiny rim nick, mild discoloration, minimal wear, and no repairs. It was acquired directly from the family of the digger and will be a very nice addition to any excavated Civil War campsite or general relic collection.
