Construction: Convex, one-piece, cast brass with a five-pointed raised lone star, on a lined background, with letters "CS" in the center.
Approximate size: 22 mm.
Condition: Excellent, excavated, integral shank present. No bends, cracks, breaks, or repairs.
Comments: This button will be an excellent addition to any excavated Civil War button or general relic collection.
