Design: A flying eagle with ribbon in its beak above a castle and sunburst rays and water all on a plain field. The motto of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, "ESSAYONS", in raised print on the ribbon.
Construction: Low Convex, two-piece.
Approximate size: 23 mm.
Condition: Excellent, non-excavated, secure shank present. There are no pushes, cracks, breaks, or repairs.
